Hear from colleagues, partners, and clients about the impact of my work. Their insights highlight the value I bring to projects, teams, and collaborations.

During her time at IntraHealth International – Kenya, Ida spearheaded the documentation of many project milestones contributing to appreciation of the project impact among stakeholders. Specifically she was instrumental in developing promotional materials used to raise the profile and mobilise resources for some of the projects partnership products.

Ida is an exceptional planner, communicator, and strategist. Her ability to anticipate challenges, create seamless workflows, and execute complex projects with ease is remarkable. She has an eye for detail, and a strong focus on results.

As a Programme Officer in charge of civic education and mobilization, Ida played an instrumental role in developing information, education, and communication (IEC) materials, organizing outreach activities, and coordinating civic education efforts with civil society organizations. She also worked closely with the CoE’s regional and constituency field officers to ensure effective public understanding and participation in the review process.
In addition to this, and with guidance from the management team, she developed several funding concepts for activities that were critical to achieving CoE’s result areas. More recently, we have also collaborated on two consultancy assignments where Ida was primarily responsible for client liaison and securing bids. These included developing a child-friendly booklet on child sexual abuse and training police officers on child-friendly approaches in partnership with Plan International Kenya.
